As I was walking home I came across this couch . It was on Jamaica and 173 street , at first I found no meaning to it but then as I continued to stare at it I said to myself this is perfect example of accidental art . The material is leather . When you look at the leather you can actually see a pattern it looks like small geometrical shapes on the leather and you can actually touch it and feel it . This couch looked like a little wooden house if you looked at it from the angle that I was looking at it . There's a horizontal line separating the two pieces of the couch.There is a lot of negative space between the horizontal line and the piece of couch ; Also towards the bottom of the couch there's a lot of negative space in between the couch and the ground . The snow makes it look even more  interesting it looks like it actually belongs there. The white snow symbolizes purity and a new beginning,  and that can be the  house of any animal that comes across this . The brown represents earth and its nature , it looks like a little cave . I feel the content and meaning of this artwork is that any place can be a home for an animal .With all the pollution involved many animals lost there home  are endangered and became extinct. Some of us get mad when we see a stray animal on the street but we are the only ones to blame we keep cutting down trees , burning them etc ,they have no where else to go but wander the street to look for a home . We have to stop polluting and help the environment because if we don't many more animals are going to loose there homes and become endangered.
